タグ社とホイヤー社が合併する直前の1983年に登場した200m防水のダイバーウォッチです。
「2000シリーズ」と名付けられたこのモデル群はタグ・ホイヤーのスポーツウォッチのベースとなる6大機能*を備えています。
明るめのグレーのベゼルとダークグレーのダイアル、夜光の入った三角形のインデックスが特徴的です。
この2000シリーズは現在の「アクアレーサー」のベースとなったモデルでもあります。
38mmのミドルサイズがRef.973.013、39.5mmのフルサイズがこのRef.973.006とラインナップされていました。
12時のみが逆三角形、他は正三角形で6時と9時のみが丸みのあるバーインデックスという中々無いダイアルデザインだと思います。
タグホイヤーのロゴも初期は白抜きのシンプルな表示となっています。
後に現在の緑と赤のロゴへとマイナーチェンジされました。
ステンレスの専用ブレスレットが付属します。
クォーツということもあり、ダイバーとしてはかなり軽く、日常使いには適した1本になりそうです。

This 200-meter water-resistant diver’s watch appeared in 1983, just before the merger of TAG and Heuer.
Named the 2000 Series, the models feature the six key features* that form the basis of TAG Heuer’s sports watches.
It features a light grey bezel, a dark grey dial and luminescent triangular indexes.
This 2000 series is also the model on which the current “Aquaracer” is based.
I think it’s a rare dial design with an inverted triangle at 12 o’clock, an equilateral triangle at the rest, and rounded bar indexes at 6 and 9 o’clock.
The Tag Heuer logo is also initially displayed simply in white.
It was later changed to the current green and red logo.
It comes with a dedicated bracelet.
As it is quartz, it is quite light for a diver, so it will be a good one for everyday use.
