セイコーの創業の地、銀座。かつての街のシンボルは柳でした。
1877年に初めて銀座の街路樹に柳が植えられた後、銀座の街には次々と柳の姿が増え、1884年には銀座の街路樹がほとんど柳に変わっていました。
その多くは関東大震災で焼失してしまいましたが、西銀座通りが東京都のシンボルロードに指定され、柳が再び植樹され整備されたことを記念して毎年5月には「銀座柳まつり」が行われています。
その銀座と柳をテーマとして、セイコーを代表する4ブランドから銀座限定で販売されたモデルです。
このプロスペックスは柳の葉を想起させるグリーンのダイアルを採用した、ダイバーながら上品さがあるデザインです。
ケース裏面には柳のマークと限定のシリアルナンバーが入っています。
正規販売店ではすでに完売している限定モデルなので、かなりレアな時計です。
